Welcome to Bad Girl Lashes. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using this website, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits go toward your final service total.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Same-day bookings may require full payment upfront.

2. Cancellations, Lateness & No-Shows

Cancellations:

Cancelling within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.

Cancelling within 12 hours, or failure to contact the artist, is considered a no-show and may result in a 50% service fee.

Lateness:

Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.

Arrivals 15+ minutes late are considered a no-show and deposits are forfeited.

Bad Girl Lashes reserves the right to refuse future services to habitual late or no-show clients.

3. Fills & Eligibility

Fills require 40% or more of your extensions to still be intact.

Anything under 40% is considered a full set.

Fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks.

Foreign fills are accepted only if the previous work is safe and clean; otherwise, a removal may be required.

4. Hygiene & Client Responsibilities

To ensure safety and quality results, clients must:

Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.

Follow aftercare instructions provided by Bad Girl Lashes.

Disclose allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns before the appointment.

Clients who arrive with buildup, makeup, or oils may require additional cleaning time or may be rescheduled.

5. Refunds & Fixes

All services are non-refundable.

If there is a concern with your set, a complimentary 48-hour fix appointment may be offered.

After 48 hours, all fix requests will be billed as a mini-fill or full fill depending on retention.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Lash extensions involve the use of adhesives and tools near the eyes.

By booking, the client acknowledges these risks and releases Bad Girl Lashes from liability related to allergic reactions, irritation, or retention issues caused by improper aftercare.

Bad Girl Lashes reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is sick, contagious, or presenting symptoms.

7. No Guests Policy

For safety, hygiene, and focus, no children or additional guests are allowed during the appointment.

8. Payments

Accepted payment methods:

E-transfer

Cash

Debit/Credit (+ applicable fees)
Deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Copy or reproduce website content, lash maps, branding, or graphics.

Interfere with website functionality or attempt unauthorized access.

Use any information found on the website for commercial purposes without permission.

All website content is the property of Bad Girl Lashes.

10. Changes to Terms

Bad Girl Lashes may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or booking system indicates acceptance of revised terms.
