Privacy Policy

Booking & Deposits

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.

Deposits go toward your total. No deposit = no booking

Same-day bookings must be paid in full or deposit sent immediately.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Less than 24 hours = deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.

Cancellations

Cancels within 24 hours = deposit is lost.
No-shows or last-minute cancels will be charged 50–100% of the service depending on your preference (you tell me which you want!)
Repeated no-shows may be blocked from booking future appointments.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time — being late cuts into your lash time.
0–10 minutes late: appointment continues, but results may vary due to reduced time.

10+ minutes late: appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Fills
A fill must be done within 2–3 weeks and must have at least 40% of lashes remaining.
Anything less is considered a full set.

Foreign Fills

Options (pick

Foreign fills accepted with a $10–$20 upcharge and a lash health check
Foreign fills accepted if clean and well-applied — otherwise a removal + new set is required

Aftercare

Clients must follow aftercare instructions for best retention:

No water/steam for 24 hours
No mascara or strip lash glue
Brush daily
Clean lashes with approved lash shampoo

Avoid oils around the eyes

Refunds

No refunds on services — but I offer a free touch-up within 48 hours if any issues arise.

Sickness / Health

Please arrive with clean lashes and no makeup.

If you’re sick, reschedule — do not come in.

If you arrive ill, the appointment may be refused and deposit forfeited.
